Research area
I am a hydrologist interested in mountain hydrology and glacierized catchment hydrology. My work focuses on glacio-hydrological controls on streamflow variability and how climate change is affecting our water resources. My research interests include:
- Glacio-hydrological modelling
- (Long-term) streamflow observations of glacierized catchments
- Role of glaciers in controlling downstream hydrology: glacier compensation effect and changes in melt magnitude and timing
- Drought and low flows
- Mountain water towers
